I'm Karla Wallace, a real estate agent with Jack Conway & Co. in Dorchester, helping buyers and sellers across Massachusetts.

Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in procurement operations, contract governance, and financial controls for large, complex organizations. That work taught me to read the fine print, protect sensitive information, and make sound decisions when a lot is on the line — the same things that matter when you're buying or selling a home.

I've also worked in start-up and turnaround settings, so I'm comfortable when a situation is complicated or a plan needs to change.
